Abiola is the Director of the Program Management Office for a financial services consortium in Mississauga, Ontario. She leads the enterprise portfolio management and provides assurance and governance for programs across North and Latin America. She oversees the financial management, planning and operations to deliver on multi-million dollar technology projects and digital products.
In addition, she serves as a career mentoring partner with the Toronto Region Employment Council (TRIEC) to help new immigrants with a professional background reconnect with their careers through the support of a mentor who works in their field in Canada.
Abiola holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France, a diploma from the Blue Ocean strategy institute and a BSc in Applied Economics.
She holds professional certification in PMP, lean-Agile delivery and IT service management.
