A Conversation for Families About Digital Wellbeing and Mental Health

December 11, 2024 @ 9:30 am - 11:00 am PST

How much time should our kids spend on technology? How can we set boundaries that don’t create conflict? Learn some practical solutions to our everyday concerns and challenges around our kids’ use of screens and their mental health.

Join us and Dr. Kristy Goodwin, Digital Wellbeing and Productivity Researcher, Speaker, Author and Consultant.

This video presentation will be followed by a facilitated discussion by the Family Peer Support Workers in Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows.

We will be hosting this in-person event at: Davie Jones Elementary

Location: I.C.Y. Room, 12030 Blakely Road, Pitt Meadows.

Parking: Please park in the back lot, off 194B Street.

This is an informal opportunity to connect and learn with other families.
